I just want to be clear that I am not a speaker, and I never got access to the speaker's agenda. I got my information the old fashioned way, I had an agent rip it off the web site. Just so you know.

I may have made such a comment -- but I had to move a session. In a previous version of the schedule, BP123 was up against one of my sessions -- and I wanted to at least have a hope that I'd be able to attend your session.

Unfortunitly now the session is up against one of the Domino 7 Admin sessions I wanted to go to and the OpenNTF BOF is on in the period just before our session so I won't be able to go to that one either...

@Declan,
I think coming to the OpenNTF BoF would be a nice warm-up to your session. At least stop by for the first half hour so you can give us an update on the direction of Blogsphere. In fact, I consider your attendance mandatory
See you there.

sorry about that -- best practices sessions are almost always going to conflict with something of interest. It's unavoidable. As for not going to the BoF, I'd agree with Bruce...come for a bit and then go get ready.
That 3 PM slot on Tuesday is looking pretty intense. Maybe we'll have some unscheduled repeats come out of it.

I came to the conclusion years ago that Lotusphere will always be a series of conflicts. It's even worse if you're there as a speaker or a reporter as well as as an attendee. Last year I was both. I'll not make that mistake again! But even just as an attendee, there's simply no way to see everything you want to see, and do everything you want to do, talk to everyone you want to talk to, and there's no point in fretting about it. I choose to fret about lack of sleep or pain in the feet instead
The webcasts in previous years helped a lot. One could plan which sessions to see live, knowing that you could catch the ones you missed on webcast.

@Rich,
Replication or Save conflicts? Couldn't resist.
