He refused to resign after a similar problem in 2007, saying that his wife and his Lord had already forgiven him so no further action was necessary. Go for it Eliot!

Since it was the money that Spitzer was moving around that drew the FBI's attention, I think the lesson we can all take from this is to patronize cheap prostitutes, not the Expensive ones that Spitzer was using.
