But, but, but ... Everyone knows that everything bad that happened during the 8 year W Bush administration was Clinton's fault! And everything good that happened during the 8 year Clinton administration was due to Reagan and H W Bush! And Republicans are the reigning experts on managing an economy! Sheesh, Rich, this is just crazy talk...
