PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat, who was still not dead yesterday, is meeting now with Generalissimo Francisco Franco, who is still dead. The question is whether Arafat's all dead, or only mostly dead. By now it does seem clear that Franco is, indeed, all dead. But what's your guess for Arafat in the morning? Will someone be going through his clothes looking for loose change, or will he have gone back to being not dead yet?
