Content Owners and Developers

Laurent de Walick posted a link to this article by Paul Chin in Intranet Journal. The article talks about the roles of and relationships between content owners and Intranet developers. I've added it to my Required Reading list (over on the right), because I think it's got some great advice -- and not just for people involved with Intranets. Much of what it says can be applied -- as is, or with a little reinterpretation -- to the relationship between developers and sponsoring users of any type of project.
