Medical Investigation: Too Close To Call

Is the NBC series Medical Investigation the the worst acted show on television? Or is it just the worst written show on television? It's really hard to tell. Perhaps it's both. Incredibly stiff and severely dumbed-down dialogue, delivered with lots of phony intensity. I used to like Kelli Williams in early seasons of The Practice.
