NH Primary Update Last week I was invited to an event with General Wesely Clark, unfortunately a client engagement had to take priority over that one. Phone and door-to-door activity has been very heavy these past few weeks. The Kerry and Dean camps have both called within the past week, and there has been a tremendous amount of direct mail. We haven't had anyone come door-to-door in a while, but I honestly can't remember a primary season with this much activity in the 25 years I've lived in New Hampshire. I also can't recall being as thoroughly undecided this late in the process in any previous year as I am this time. I had said I was leaning toward Dean in to a phone poller early on, but that was a weak lean at best. He's apparently about to pick up an endorsement from Al Gore, but the more I've listened to Governor Dean, and the more I've looked at his policy positions and the more I've heard about his leadership style, the more I think I've got to find someone else to support.
