Return From Dell Hell I have to give Dell credit where it is due. My story of going through a 45 minute ordeal to get Dell to ship me a replacement AC adapter resolved on a much happier note. Less than 24 hours after having to deal with the off-shore phone support person who insisted on following a script instead of using her brain, the new AC adapter arrived. Let me repeat that: less than 24 hours later. They express shipped it to me. I don't think my warranty required them to do that, but they did it anyhow. That's great service, and it does make up, somewhat, for the bad service on the phone.
