Should IBM Be Concerned About Trademark Issues With Microsoft's OneNote?

Microsoft has a product called OneNote. There's a Flash demo here. The product has an awful lot in common with Lotus Notes, IMHO. It's clearly all about organizing unstructured data. Click on "Power" in the demo, and look at the subtopics: "Efficiently Orgnanize", "Quickly Find Information", "Find Notes by Category", "Share Your Notes".
