South Beach - Week 1 I wasn't intending on doing weekly progress reports on the diet that I mentioned I was starting last week, but the first week results have me absolutely stunned -- happily so. I'm down 12 pounds! I certainly don't expect to continue losing at this rate, but this is a much better start than I had hoped for. It's probably a testament more to how bad my diet was previously, rather than to how good the South Beach Diet is, but I'm certainly not going to argue with the results so far. -rich
