Vive La Lance! Vive La Domino

Lance Armstrong is amazing. A record-tying five consecutive wins in the Tour de France. Most amazing, of course, because of the personal circumstances that he has overcome, but also simply amazing given that, when I was a kid, cycling was almost unknown as a sport here in the USA. If you wanted a really good touring bicycle for a reasonable price back then, you bought a French bicycle. I still have the Motobecane that I bought in 1977. The components have been upgraded a time or two, but it's still roadworthy after 26 years and lots of mileage. It's amazing that a US rider could get to such a dominant position in the sport.

But what I really want to do is suggest that you all go out to Lance's web site and take note of the fact that it is a Domino site! Also, take note of that during the three weeks of the Tour in July, they counted 5.6 million hits on the site!
