What Makes A Great Troubleshooter? The seeds of great discussion on this topic are out there on Jack Dausman's Leadership By Numbers blog. Jack raised the topic What Is The Most Important Talent Of A Troubleshooter: Triage, and I responded. I'd love to see other responses there, or in this other thread where Jack paid me some nice compliments and continued the discussion. I think that, although we all certainly have different experiences and might have different ways of rank-ordering the particular skills involved in troubleshooting, collectively we probably have a lot to offer one another. An interesting offshoot from Jack's topic, by the way, might be a discussion of what makes a great troubleshooting team? I'm going to hold off on my opinions on that for now. I'd like to hear what others have to say in response to Jack first.
